A software company that ships its own products too
Noventra Infotech builds mobile apps, web platforms and AI products for clients across 22 countries — and publishes its own apps alongside them. That second part is what makes our advice on policy, monetisation and store review worth listening to.
How we got here
Noventra started the way a lot of studios do — a small team taking on client builds. What changed the business was deciding to publish our own apps with our own money, rather than only ever spending someone else's.
That turned out to be the best training available. You learn the Play Console policy surface very quickly when a suspension costs you revenue rather than a client relationship. You learn which ad placements survive review, which subscription flows get rejected, and how much a five-star average is really worth against a well-targeted install campaign.
Today we do both. Client work funds the studio; our own products keep us honest about what works. When we tell you a feature is not worth the money, it is because we already spent ours finding out.
We are based in Surat, Gujarat, and work with founders, agencies and businesses across Europe, North America, the Gulf and Asia. Most of our clients arrive through a referral from someone we have already delivered for.
Store-policy fluency
Data-safety forms, ATT strings, privacy manifests, consent flows and target-SDK deadlines. We track the policy surface so your release does not get bounced for something avoidable.
Monetisation that survives review
Ad placements and purchase flows built the way AdMob and StoreKit actually want them. Revenue that keeps working after the next policy update, not just on launch day.
Clean architecture, always
MVVM, separated layers, tested business logic and a README that makes sense to whoever picks it up next. You are never held hostage by our codebase.
Straight answers, fixed quotes
Scoped inside 48 hours, priced in writing, and we tell you when something is a bad idea. The number we quote is the number you pay.

Store-Approval Mindset
Four commitments we hold to on every project
These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the things clients hold us to, and occasionally the things they leave over.
Say the difficult thing early
If a feature is not worth building, or a deadline is not real, you hear it in week one rather than week nine. It costs us work sometimes. It costs you less.
The quote is the invoice
Fixed-price means fixed. Scope changes get re-quoted in writing before anyone builds anything, and you approve the new number first.
You own everything
Repository, infrastructure accounts, developer accounts, documentation. There is no version of leaving us that involves losing your product.
Written updates, every week
Every Friday, in writing, whether the news is good or not. Silence from a development partner is almost never a good sign.
“We do not just build software for other people. We publish our own apps, pay for our own installs and take our own rejections. When we tell you an ad placement will get flagged or a feature is not worth building, it is because we already paid to find out.”

Six steps from first call to handover
The same on a two-week reskin as on a six-month platform build. Only the durations change.
- 01
Scoping call
Forty-five minutes on what you are building, who it is for and what success looks like. No slide deck, no sales script.
- 02
Written proposal
Within 48 hours you get a scope document, a fixed quote and a delivery schedule. If we think the plan is wrong, we say so here.
- 03
Design & architecture
Flows, screens and the technical shape of the thing, agreed before production code starts. Changes are cheap at this stage.
- 04
Build in sprints
Weekly builds you can actually open, a shared channel, and written updates every Friday whether or not there is good news.
- 05
Test & submit
Device testing, policy review, store assets and submission. We answer the review team, not you.
- 06
Handover & care
Repository, accounts, documentation and a walkthrough call. Then a care plan if you want one, or a clean goodbye if you do not.
